Questions
Before you book.
Short answers to what new patients ask most often.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Send an appointment request and mention that you're new. We'll arrange a longer first visit to go through your history.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
We keep a small number of same-day slots each morning, but a request ahead of time is the most reliable way to be seen.
How do I cancel or change a visit?
Reply to your confirmation email as early as you can, so the time can be offered to someone else.
Can you receive my records from another practice?
Yes. Once you're registered, our front desk requests your records for you. There's nothing extra you need to do.
Is this service for emergencies?
No. For urgent or life-threatening situations, contact your local emergency services straight away.
